I like it and know how to cook with it, but it has been a while. I use more tempeh than tofu.

I'd put my tempeh sloppy joes up against any meaty Joe. And Isa's tempeh sausage gravy in Vegan with a Vengeance, it's so good & low fat & delicious over biscuits.
