Russia Shadow Fleet Nightmare - Joe Blogs
In this video I discuss Russia's Shadow Oil Tanker Fleet. The Estonian Navy was recently involved in an incident with an Oil Tanker reported to be part of the Russian Shadow Fleet and when they intercepted the vessel a Russian Fighter Jet appeared in the skies above them. In this video I look at the current state of the Shadow Fleet and discuss the issues facing both the West and Russia.
