The lead poisoning occurred when school officials told workers to add paint to food to make it more appealing to the students. Local officials arranged for test results from area hospitals to be altered in the cover-up scandal. It's worth taking a couple of minutes to listen for details. There is also a question of liability since the kindergarten is privately run rather than a state school.
