Putin's ally nuclear strike warning as US threatens to 'collapse Russian economy'

US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent hinted this week that the U.S. and European Union (EU) might "partner" to ramp up sanctions in an effort to "collapse" Russia's economy amidst its ongoing conflict with Ukraine.

The harsh Russian invasion of Ukraine, which began in February 2022, has sparked global condemnation as leaders perceive it as unprovoked and unjustified.

In response to these comments, Vladimir Solovyov, a presenter on Russian state television and a close ally of Vladimir Putin, issued a chilling nuclear threat this week, as reported by Julia Davis, a journalist who frequently translates and shares clips from Russian media. It comes after a lip reader revealed the chilling 3-word promise that Trump whispered in Putin's ear.

Solovyov said on Russian state TV: "He (Bessent) says, it's a question of what will collapse first, the Russian economy, after all sanctions are imposed, or the Ukrainian Army. For some reason, he thinks that if all possible sanctions are imposed against us, we will sit down at the negotiating table. We'll just strike with our nuclear weapons, and that's it. We'll carry out a strike, and that's it."

...for a couple of years now. Once or twice a week, some jughead in Moscow is claiming that they'll attack with nukes.

Honestly, I doubt most Russian nukes are operable.
