What does this mean for consumers? Warner Bro./ HBO Max split...

Warner Bros. Discovery is splitting into two publicly traded companies: a Streaming & Studios company led by CEO David Zaslav, and a Global Networks company led by CFO Gunnar Wiedenfels. This move, expected to be completed by mid-2026, reverses much of the 2022 merger between Warner Media and Discovery Communications. The separation aims to optimize each company's focus and allow them to better compete in the evolving media landscape.

I have HBO-Max which includes Discovery, TLC, Food Network etc.... So, will this split mean we would need to purchase these channels now separately?
