May sound bad, it's just ham. I've had the honor of tasting a 40 year old cheddar
Pork is just, a meat. Cheeses, imo are food, I look forward to your breakfast,. Mine will be , eggs, of course, and an extra sharp cheddar that I stumbled on , in the farmers market.
You can taste ,a 25 year old cheddar at Carr Valley Cheese.
