Has anyone had an experience with hypnosis for help

with anxiety and other issues? Pain management? Thanks for any replies.

When I was a kid, our dentist would hypnotize us instead of giving us novacaine. It did the trick. OLDMDDEM Tuesday #2

I used hypnosis and post-hypnotic suggestions NewDayOranges Tuesday #3
