Tossed ruffly green lettuce with cucumbers and scallions. Olive oil vinaigrette.
Kombucha: unflavored.
Dessert: I'm picking up something at Trader Joes.

(1,549 posts)Busy day and dont feel like cooking so were ordering a pizza from our favorite pizzeria. Sesame crust, vegan cheese, mushrooms, onions, and breaded eggplant. Wegmans Lemon-Raspberry nondairy ice cream for dessert. Cheers! 🥂

(24,183 posts)Marinated chicken and beef skewers with onions, red & green peppers, Portobello mushrooms and zucchini grilled on my new electric grill. (Were not allowed gas or charcoal in our new apartment,)
Served on rice with a tomato salad. Balboa Roma beer.
Chocolate covered strawberries for dessert.
