Crusty garlic bread.
Majorly huge gigantic enormous tossed green salad that may last me for a year.
Has red tip, ruffly green, arugula, oak leaf lettuce; red onion, cherry tomatoes, red and yellow peppers, celery, maybe cucumber, and homemade vinaigrette.
Ginger kombucha.
Dessert: hot tea and some Werther's.

(10,344 posts)Tossing cut up thighs in flour+turmeric, browning those and adding small-cut asparagus bits, then adding a sauce of honey, black pepper, red pepper flakes and a dash of rice vinegar. Served with green salad, maybe a little rice.

(1,414 posts)Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onions and minced garlic. When soft I added a thinly sliced mushrooms and a large amount of organic baby spinach. Finally I added cooked cannellini beans and some more evoo. Served over whole wheat penne. Finished with a good sprinkle of vegan parmesan. Cheers! 🥂
