I found a premade sauce at either Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods (we hit them both on the same day) and it’s good. Needs a little more spice for my taste so I’ll add some crushed red 🤗

Chopped romaine, red leaf, spinach, thinly sliced cabbage, sliced red onion, chopped tomato, radish, pickled beets, black olives, toasted pumpkin seeds. Tossed everything in homemade Greek dressing and topped with a portion of canned salmon. Raspberry lemon chia pudding for dessert. Cheers! 🥂

Flour tortillas. Smear of refrieds topped with chorizo, cheese, pico and cilantro.

It's fast, cheap, tasty, and two each makes a meal.
