I'm planning on making a grilled ham & Swiss cheese sandwich with a small pot of hot tea later this morning.

1. Apple Pie Bread Pudding in a few weeks!!!!

Maybe bran cereal oats banana flavored with peanut butter added in a bowl and a real banana also.

4. Friday 17th

Now double espresso. Others will have coffee later.

Later home-made English muffins. Jams. Pistachio, cashew and dairy butters.

5. Black coffee first

Coffee just before dawn. I got too cold on the porch. I'll use my heavy robe and slippers next time. No one else is up here other than chirping birds and folks zooming into work on our winding country road.

Next was a bowl of shredded wheat with banana and almond milk. Ducky didn't come out to ask for his share preferring to stay in bed. Sometimes I think he stays awake all night to watch over us.

I stayed up until 2, playing with the new air fryer oven, so going straight to lunch.
