Brown Butter Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta. Also has red pepper flakes, parsley, parmesan.
Tossed green salad with chopped peppers, all colors, multi-colored pear tomatoes (even black and green!), scallion, snow peas, fresh garden celery.
Kombucha: cherry-ginger.
Dessert: I'm planning on baking an apple cake later tonight. If I get it done, a slice with light vanilla ice cream. Again, another project with the new air fryer oven.

(1,614 posts)Air-fried wild caught shrimp that I marinated with a bit of evoo, garlic powder and paprika topped a salad made of chopped romaine, spring mix, red onion, black olives, chopped pickled beets, sliced radish and cabbage. I tossed the salad with TJs vegan Caesar dressing and topped the salad with shrimp after plating. Apple-walnut cake for dessert. Cheers! 🥂
