What's for Dinner, Thurs., Nov. 13, 2025

Japanese take-out noodles for me tonight! Haven't decided which kind yet, which I will choose when I get to the shop. Have an annual medical check up, so figured it's on the way.

Will post back!

---------------------------------

Here's what I ordered, and it's sitting on my kitchen counter 'cuz I couldn't wait to get home.

Kimchi Seoul

Classic chicken broth, shoyu-infused kimchi tare (legume), marinated panko shrimp, kimchi, pickled mustard greens, black garlic, roasted chili oil, thin noodles.

also:

Shishito Peppers

Blistered with sea salt and miso yuzu dipping sauce

There was a bakery near the restaurant, so I stopped in and bought a piece of tiramisu.

I'll be able to have about a third of all this!

I fixed the chicken from scratch, cooked a pack of Ramen. I didn't use the seasoning pack. I found the pot stickers in the freezer. Pretty good all in all

Good evening!

Air-fried the burgers, split them in half and placed them on lavash flat bread that was slathered with pineapple salsa. I added sliced red onion, sliced red bell pepper and whole romaine leaves before rolling up into a wrap. I also made Mexican corn: steamed sweet corn with sautéed chopped red, green and jalapeño peppers with a dollop of Miyoko’s butter. Cheers!🥂

Then we went to the middle school to watch our granddaughter cheer at the basketball game. Wore out, long day.

Good Evening
