We're getting light rain this morning, but it's supposed to turn to snow by this evening. It's not even winter yet, and I'm ready for Spring.

2. Pancakes, low carb

I’m making more of the blueberry pancakes I made yesterday.

The blueberries were fresh, and so large. I have never seen blueberries this large. I love it how they sometimes burst in the pancake – – almost to the size of a quarter!

They are delicious with maple syrup.

Hot cherry tea. Brewed up about 8 cups yesterday when it was so cold.

3. On my second mug of black coffee

I am apparently not going to be joined by anyone this morning as I contemplate the 20 degree sunrise (forecast to be 31!). Perhaps I too should have stayed in bed.

Traffic has been quiet earlier this week as the schools and some businesses have been closed. Perhaps people aren't taking the back road shortcut to town due to slippery roads. It is supposed to thaw today, but so far it is not warming up.

For breakfast I think oatmeal and blueberries is likely. It was nice yesterday.
