Is anyone making hamburgers like this instagram reel?

https://www.instagram.com/reel/DaOvXfysYtG/?igsh=MWFyb3FyMWx2aGhvMQ==

It is burger patty & fixings in a cut to fit puff pastry piece, egg wash & then baked.
One person in the thread described it as a burger wellington.

I think I might do it as a minature beef wellington with a 4-6 ounce steak, in winter as a special Sunday dish irisblue 6 hrs ago #2

I mean, it’s probably good, but once my burger patties are cooked, I’m going to slap them on buns and eat, not fuss with puff pastry and the oven.

Here Mark Bucher, former World Burger Champ explains his secrets to making the ultimate burger.

Tips are, if I recall correctly, one table spoon of mayo mixed in, I believe he either puts salt and pepper on both sides or mixes it in. And final tip I recall is mustard of the bottom and ketchup on top.

As well as the detail of mustard on the bottom, ketchup on top.
