Homegrown tomato on the side (I like to eat the homegrown tomatoes like an apple with a little salt)…so good 😋. And Mac & cheese ~ Kraft blue box ~ nothing special. An easy dinner.

Later, probably sliced banana with butter pecan ice cream.

Went to a new restaurant and tried one of their vegan option, seitan hash. It was on the brunch menu but they were kind enough to make it for me past the brunch hours. It was a mixture of grilled restaurant made seitan, seasoned potatoes, diced red bell pepper, broccolini, and sprouts drizzled with a house made bbq sauce. Also had restaurant baked rye bread to go along. Was absolutely delicious! Cheers!🥂

I could call it Spanish rice, but it's orzo, with ground pork, onion, green pepper, garlic, tomato sauce and salsa. Quick one dish meal

Living dangerously. For dessert, I had a fresh peach.

Good night!
