but i do hate the plant. neighbor next to my farm has a ring of them all around their side of the fence. i'm pulling up the seedlings all.the.time.

on the plus side, the flowers make a lovely tea. which is a good way to prevent those seeds from forming.

The tea is wonderful. Dry some of the flowers for tea in times when not flowering. Sometimes if you can get them dry enough they’ll crumble into a powder then you can use the powder in other recipes. My wife makes a beautiful butter cream frosting when we have hibiscus powder.
