3. Well,this is what happens when

the Federal Prosecutor's F--ed up. And you end up with a Miss-trial. Both Judges in both cases were totally frustrated by Prosecution and their total ability to get their friggin act together. BTW,the Jury pools were a mess and the Jury selection was a mess for the Feds.

You can not hide or restrict evidence or paper work from the defense. And a Witness in the Nevada case was conflicted.

Yep. What a screw up! (I hope there were demotions and real consequences handed out here. deplorable legal work!) Something seriously wrong when the Feds can't successfully prosecute someone like Bundy and his crew. WFT?

7. Couple of Agents here in Vegas

were replaced last year. One new Federal Prosecutor,which sounded like a Patronage Kiss. But,we gots to catch them MS 13 ers. Yah,right. Most of our Gun Crimes are Family violence issues and the Cops know the Players.
