Related: About this forumHas something happened to Friskies canned cat food ? Our cats used to eat it all the time, but reject it now.
If it sits in their dish for a while, it dries out and darkens and looks thoroughly unappealing. It didn't used to do that.
I've been trying Mitten's Pickin's (from PetSuppliesPlus, made in Canada which has a good reputation re. pet food) without much success, and now Fancy Feast, which is a lot more expensive and has only a few flavors to choose from, and they don't seem all that wild about it either, though they do eat a little of that.
Both cats are ~12 years old, brother and sister, and started doing this about the same time. I was feeding them only Friskies, and Redford's Naturals dry food when this started.

That you have two cats acting in unison... well, maybe the formula has changed?

Seeing that it takes a few months for products to make it through the shipping cycle, the timing would be about right for them to get the new Friskies mix.

Thanks for that.
