Related: About this forumTook the dogs along on grocery store run this morning. I needed milk for my coffee as I'm not a savage.
This morning the furry boys are beat two long swims yesterday one in the morning then late afternoon. And last evening my son and the floofs and i got in a good walk over two miles. After the big walk these two crashed out enjoying the air conditioning.
So before i was released to drive from rotator cuff surgery i purchased netting for both cars because of the dogs. This morning i open up back door and Oliver or Baby Huey the ninety pound house horse Pyrenees mix hops in the backseat.
And Dunc hops into passenger side we head out and the circus immediately started.
Pup leaning into the netting mashed furry face whining i wanna sit up front also crying and hold mans paw. As he is trying to lick his way through the netting as if to say Im coming to be with you fellas .
Holding paws is a Dunc the golden retriever and man thing as we cruise mister Dunc places his paw on my hand or forearm as he sits in passenger seat. Yet riding to the grocery store and then home Oliver is constantly licking the netting and whining its so lonely back here.
And Dunc the chunk is giving the house horse the side eye from passenger seat. Im thinking what are you trying to get across to the pup Duncan. If you do not settle down young man will turn this car around and go home.
All is right with the world now as morale is up. Scrambled eggs was served with the dry brown rocks (dog food) and as i sit on the back patio having coffee.
At the moment Im watching these two possibly trying to tunnel out of Stalag back yard by expanding a new best hole F.Y.I. construction started Friday on this new dig.
Yet the problem I am seeing is they are digging the hole away from the fence. And Dunc gets a little bent out of shape and starts the bratty golden retriever barking.
Reason because the house horse wants to just lay in the new best hole at times and that slowdown construction or destruction.
I never knew that Dunc held a degree in backyard urban planning.

(2,628 posts)DO THE THERAPY . . . do it every bit exactly as directed, yes, it will hurt.
My wife and a lady friend of hers had rotator cuff surgery a week apart several years ago. Wife did the therapy religiously -- it hurt and was a chore but she did it.
Her friend bitched and moaned -- "it hurts, it's not doing me any good." Eight months later she had to have the surgery repeated. She did the therapy that time.
