"It's not just that it's clearly intentional, it's that it's clearly intentional knowing that he's being recorded."

It’s not just that it’s clearly intentional, it’s that it’s clearly intentional knowing that he’s being recorded. They know they can do whatever they want with complete impunity.

Watch the slow motion: it appears to me that the officers discuss the photographer and reporter before the one on the end fires on them (it looks to me like he's aiming at the camera, not the reporter, but you decide).

I don't expect the LAPD to do it, or Trump to do it, but it is California and there is still a criminal justice system there. The reporter isn't going to just walk away. You can't just shoot people for reporting the news. This WILL be prosecuted.

Only a complete dictatorial takover could stop it, and we aren't there yet. It may be Trump's goal but we don't surrender in advance.

We are living in a military dictatorship right now.

So far Congress and the Courts back Trump and will not stop him.

Protestors will be killed.

Scientists are fleeing the country and can no longer present the truth.
Teachers are teaching fake history.
Doctors are letting pregnant women die when they could easily be treated.
Universities trying to fight back, but not succeeding.

Congress and Court collect their salaries but let the Trump Crime Syndicate keep going.

Meanwhile Trump and his pals have an iron clad grip of the country and are stealing the entire federal payroll
and US treasury. Taking our country piece by piece.

I come from a military family and we have been fighting the good fight for a long time.
Even lost some lives in the process.

But the first rule of combat is you have to face truth and reality about your enemy.
Fooling yourself means you will lose the war.

might go crazy and attack a phalanx of heavily armed riot cops. Seriously, that cop should be fired and prosecuted.

In California, state crimes are generally prosecuted at the county level. In this case it would be the responsibility of the Los Angeles County District Attorney, Nathan J. Hochman.
