1. Folks should be aware that ICE is using phony warrants signed by ICE agents rather than a Judge.

Those warrants are not legally valid. However, it is nye on impossible for a regular person to tell the difference.

Trump is not sending resources to Chicago to fight crime or help people. It is a power play to cow and bully his perceived enemies.
