This was the first announcement I've read that didn't give credit to the Trump Administration for the wonderful improvements in VA service. But my local VA failed to order a medical device for me last month for three weeks after they told me they were tracking the delivery of it, then failed to respond to my inquiries. When I called them out, they said it was a "communication issue".
When they fail you when it comes to treatment, they will please you when they say good riddance. They know you will be never dissatisfied again.
Veterans can also use our chatbot to get information about VA benefits and services. The chatbot wont connect you with a person, but it can show you where to go on VA.gov to find answers to some common questions.
Even this one thrills me! I can talk to a chatbox in lieu of doing a web search and neither will get me a human being. Hey, I know calling ICE will not get me a human being because there are no humans in ICE! Does this mean the VA has no more human beings?
