I am (was?) a Brooklyn Dodger fan, so adopted Nats when I (and they) got to DC. But I rarely watch, as I tend to jinx my faves, sports & politics!

tonight, after winning 13 of last 15 [think I heard that right], and allowing only 1 run and just a few hits to cards in 18 innings, their chances improve dramatically. Next pitcher for nats is star Strasburg.

[yankees and astros probably still have better world series odds]
