Related: About this forumAnybody here travel to Kenya?
Ever since I was a kid, I've dreamed of visiting Keyna, seeing where Born Free took place, and Elsa the Lioness' gravesite.
Anybody here ever do such a wonderful thing?

(16,982 posts)2. Years ago 1979. Spent a week in Kenya on my trek home from
3 years in Peace Corps in Southern Africa. Had my Dad not flown over to travel with me for several weeks it would certainly have been longer. But how could I pass up traveling with my Dad? Anyway, it was spectacular. Amazing landscape, wildlife and culture.
