Libby beings saying she & many others feel congestion, "like fluid on lungs" when reading about kraznov.

She emphatically states both kraznov & fleaon will never let go of this grudge. Both are plotting their next moves.

She also stated kraznov going to Bedminster instead of muerte lard-o feels like he needs to be closer to Walter Reed.

Her 1st question is why he went there.

Possibly trying to set of seat of govt at Bedminster "because it is more securable."

My notes: she keeps saying "he has declared martial law. But to my knowledge, this is not true as of this posting. Perhaps she is picking up future events, or might be confusing ordering natl guard to CA with martial law. I'm guessing the fotmer because, although she is in Australia, she is always much better versed in US politics than most.
