Can we please pray for everyone flying today?

And every day as this shutdown continues? My daughter is flying home today amid all of the chaos and I’m stressing. But every person on those planes needs to be safe and covered in prayer. Every one of the passengers has someone at home stressing for them just like I am stressing for her. May they all arrive safely.

I pray for the air traffic controllers who are tired and working without pay. Along with all others who are doing the same. May God guide them and give them strength and wisdom and may they be rewarded and blessed for their commitment to the passengers.

1. For at least a month after pay is restored

It will take at least that long for their schedules to return to normal.

I fly home from Europe next Sunday, but I have the option of flying into Canada then taking a train home.

2. Everything my husband flies I check the flight tracker website to make sure his plane took and and monitor

It until he lands. This is the first year I have not flown on an airplane. I was planning a trip to London but decided to stay in the US under this 🍑💩 administration.

3. May he be kept safe, and I do the same thing with a tracker.

To me, it's nerve wracking while someone is in the air. But I understand that life has to continue, too.

I completely see why you wouldn't want to travel to London right now. Here's hoping that we are rid of these idiots soon, things get back to normal, and London will still be there for you.
