I would have to research to find a master chef to make this. Thanks YoshidaYui loved it...Of course sounds like I would have to travel a trans Pacific trip to get the real thing. I will keep this in mind for a long time...yummm

That's how I learned about it. A Cook's Tour, No Reservations and Parts Unknown show a lot of the cultures and foods of various areas and Tony loved Japan and Vietnam.
I was curious, have you ever seen any of his shows since you are such a fan of Asian culture and cuisine?

Its a popular conveyor belt sushi chain in Japan and expanding in the US. They say they use real Wasabi specially made for them.
