4. I think you have about 5 minutes to accept or decline. If you decline they continue to ask people.

If you accept, then you will see the post someone alerted on and what rule the post may have broken. You will be asked if you think the rules were broken or not.
You can opt out at any point in jury duty.

9. On DU.2 we had moderators, here on DU.3 we have juries to decide the fate of alerted posts

DU members are chosen at random to decide whether an alerted post breaks the rules and should be removed.
