Anyone else getting a "Forbidden" message when calling up DU?

Not a 403 Error, it just says "Forbidden." It's happened to me both when I'm calling up the site and when I try to reply to threads.

And fired up DU twice getting the forbidden message. Could not access the site. Third time I clicked on DU it came through tho.

Actually the 400 series are all server errors but 403 is kind of a "sorry, wait a bit error" plus other things. I sometimes get them and it is just due to slow communications and I would suppose the hackers are very busy now. Even my iPhone has been getting them...just takes a retry to clear up. Having said that things do change as hackers are trying to get in. Also, they may be doing massive "denial of service" attacks just to be nasty and slow our Internet down.
