Find one of their posts and click on their username to go to their Profile, OR, use the Member Lookup function by clicking the "My DU" tab at the top of the page, then the "Member Lookup" button.

Once you're on the member's profile, there should be a button near the top of the page that says "Send DU Mail" -- just hit that, and you can send them a message.
