Reoccurring Payments
I made a yearly donation under star membership and followed the instructions of logging in as a guest to make the payment. I thought I was setting up a single payment but I got sent a receipt that it is going to charge payments monthly. I can not afford this monthly. Can I cancel this monthly charge and if so how?
It does not show up under my PayPal account so it did log the payment as a guest. The email that PayPal required while making the guest payment is the same as the one on my palpal account but the credit card I used is not. The link and info under star membership takes me to a PayPal log in and as I said the payment is not listed there. PayPal says to contact DU.
Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
