Women's Top 25 roundup: Stanford rallies to upset No. 22 Washington

Courtney Ogden scored eight of her 12 points and grabbed four of her seven rebounds in the fourth quarter to lead host Stanford to a 67-62 upset of No. 22 Washington Friday evening.

The Cardinal (10-2) outscored the Huskies 25-12 in the fourth quarter to erase a nine-point third-quarter deficit, starting the final frame with a 10-0 run to take a 52-50 lead. After Washington's Elle Ladine hit a game-tying 3-pointer with 1:47 left, Stanford responded with a 6-2 run, icing the game with three free throws in the final seven seconds.

Lara Somfai tallied a game-high 14 points with six boards, Hailee Swain added 13 and Chloe Clardy notched 11 points for the Cardinal, who had 10 steals.

Salvia Sellers and Avery Howell led the Huskies (9-2) with 13 points apiece. Hannah Stines added 12 points and eight boards while Brynn McGaughy nearly had a double-double with 11 points and nine rebounds. Washington, which has lost two of its last three games since an 8-0 start, committed 16 turnovers, which were converted into 18 Stanford points.
