Question about packaging weed.

My grower friend vacuum packs his weed. Doesn’t this greatly reduce the trichromes in the weed?

Seems like it would.

The vacuum ‘fixes’ the flower in place, so the trichomes are less likely to move around and fall off. Sorry, I’m getting a bit teary thinking about lost trichomes.
