the GQP are the majority in both houses.

Actually, my opinion, why allocate more money to this present government. All they do is nothing with it except that the tax payer's money somehow become "untraceable", billions and millions given to a foreign countries for undisclosed nefarious and ugly thing, while payments only to shithole's/Heritage Foundation fucked up restructured departments serving them only while ignoring the citizens of the USA.
