I know it is the video title, but Latest Breaking News is the only DU forum that requires transcription of exact titles.

3. His new name is not Windsor. It is officially Mountbatten-Windsor per Queen Elizabeth's decree.

Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip decided in 1960 to create the surname Mountbatten-Windsor for their direct descendants who are not princes or princesses, and it was formally decreed by the Queen on February 8, 1960

Many years ago I was visiting Ottawa Canada and saw the Queen drive by in her limo.
She was visiting on a state visit and the populace was falling all over themselves.

It was cool but I didn't understand Canada's love of royalty.

In Quebec, they don't carry on like this.
