I kept trying to focus on the left side of Rubio's face and/or the right side of Hegsith's
looking for tears, a change in facial color, or an exaggerated swallow but I couldn't detect any awareness or signs of being woke.
Upon further viewing, they did shuffle their feet and look down a lot.
