🚨 DOJ Caught Secretly Recording Judge?!? - Legal AF
At a contentious hearing, Federal Judge XInis not only extended through the holidays her "no fly" order to prevent Trump from removing Kilmar Abrego Garcia to Liberia for the Holidays, but she also told a DOJ attorney to his face that she is tired of him "misrepresenting" the facts in and out of her courtroom, as she considers moving forward with contempt proceedings.
Michael Popok also reports on a strange new order issued by the Judge related to "cameras" and "recording devices" and banning them in her courtroom suggesting she doesn't trust the DOJ either. - 12/22/2025.
