There can be no business as usual. I'm joining Senator Booker and our colleagues in holding the floor to protest the Musk-Trump administration's lawlessness and their attacks on our democracy.

other Dem. senators ask questions of Sen. Booker. So far I've heard Chris Van Hollen, Angela Alsobrooks. both of MD, Chris Murphy Ct and currently Tammy Duckworth. IL. I know Peter Welch Vt and Chris Murphy were there last night. There were probably more.

I think Senate rules stipulate language:
" I will yield for a question while retaining the floor". This is what Sen. Booker states when another senator asks "Would the Senator yield for a question ?".
