A referral for prosecution is now in motion, and legal expert Michael Popok breaks down what happens next. If Trump officials refuse to return the detainees, the judge could bypass the DOJand even Pam Bondiby appointing a special prosecutor himself.

OP
TFG should be impeached for numerous illegal actions he's taken, but that will never happen due to the Republican majority

I have to agree, the more voters are harmed by TFG's irresponsible edicts, the more they wake up

The Republican majority still depend on VOTES to keep their offices.
As MORE and MORE Republican voters find that THEY TOO are affected or HURT by Trump's unbridled, giddy power, they'll gradually pull their support.
I already see it happening.
I'd give it another 6 months for his paid for or indoctrinated or MANIPULATED followers to recind approval.
The CRACKS are beginning to show.

My hope is that current Republicans who support TFG will be voted out of office - if we can last that long.
