and yes, JUST IN TIME FOR HURRICANE SEASON.

Trump and all his OBSCENELY WEALTHY buddies do NOT want money that should be going into their pockets, being wasted on peons and their sad little problems.

It's Trump's variation of: "LET THEM EAT CAKE."
