1. He needs to lose this one so I hope this pans out

and the only thing that remains is to drag it out for a few weeks so it can be done quietly.

Deporting a legal resident, not quite a citizen yet was going to be his test case for deporting any citizen he didn't like (which means everybody who posts here), so losing this one will stop him dead in his tracks.

Next up: getting rid of DOGE, which is not a government agency; ending its ability to kill off programs mandated and funded by Congress, which is unconstitutional; and fining the fuck out of Musk for being a withless jackass, if nothing else.

The 100 day presidential honeymoon period is over. Time to start backing these assholes into expensive corners.

And I couldn't agree more. We all suffered more than enough from his first term, January 6th, stolen documents, 2 impeachments, 34 convictions - and this time he's doubled down with more of the blatantly illegal. It's long past time for this to stop and for him to be held accountable and be forced to answer to the rule of law and to the other two co-equal branches of government.
