Top Dem FIGHTS BACK Against ICE's License Plate Tracking Spyware - Really American

Really American Host Kenny Hesse sits down for an exclusive interview with Illinois Secretary of State, Alexi Giannoulias, to discuss how the Chicago Democrat is FIGHTING BACK against ICE and Customs and Border Protection weaponizing mass surveillance technology like license plate trackers to spy on people illegally.

Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias alleged that Flock Safety, a police tech company, illegally shared data with federal border enforcement. This escalates an ongoing conflict between Giannoulias and the agency. Flock officials admit they didn’t create strong enough compliance protocols, but they disagree with Giannoulias’ legal conclusions. Hundreds of law enforcement agencies outside the state have access to Flock data from Flock license plate cameras and Illinois readers. - 08/28/2025.

Similarly, when the questionable officials use unmarked vehicles and are chased off by citizen protesters, those citizens should be using some sort of media to record and track the license plates or other identifying marks on the vehicles used.
