The Border Patrol Chief in charge of Donald Trump's raids of Chicago must appear in court for allegedly violating a judge's order by tossing tear gas at protesters. Chief Greg Bovino was caught on tape lobbing tear gas into a crowd after a federal judge's order forbidding him from doing that, except under extraordinary circumstances. if he doesn't show. She's also got so many violations of her order that at the TRO hearing in a week she'll probably rule instead for a permanent restraining order.

Illinois has to fight like hell for 10 amendment states' rights.
