I agree with Belle that the old fool didn't know what he was listening to.

The US abandoned the nuclear powered missile because it was slow enough to be shot down and tended to poison people as it was launched. Likely Putin has been lied to about this technology, that someone found some old plans from the Cold War and convinced him it could be built quickly and used to blackmail the whole planet into making him...what? World Dictator? There is no harebrained scheme too grandiose for Putin these days and no way he'll think Russia isn't omnipotent as long as he's at the top.

King Lipoma's counter threat of testing plus 1000 new nukes came right out of his ass. We no longer maintain infrastructure for testing and we no longer produce enough Cold Warriors to produce that much nuclear crap and we already have enough in storage and ready yo ho yo killl everybody on the planet so why bother? He's just blustering like he always does.
