Thank you for posting this, OneGrassRoot.
My son, 45, has stuttered all his life. Some of his classmates were absolutely brutal and it definitely affected his persona. TBH, I don't understand how Joe has been able to deal with it, but am damned glad he's able to.

I'm sure as he has gotten older, the stutter has become more difficult to control.
