Levenson also criticized FBI director Kash Patel's now-deleted social media post on April 25 that stated that Dugan "intentionally misdirected federal agents away." She pointed out that the Department of Justice has directives against discussing cases publicly and showing pre-trial prejudice.

“Posting this raises its own questions about what the intention of the FBI is,” Levenson said.
