A protection racket is a criminal scheme where individuals or groups demand payments from victims in exchange for the promise of protection from harm, theft, or property damage. In essence, it's a type of extortion where criminals offer "protection" services, often with the implicit or explicit threat that failure to pay will result in the very harm they are purportedly guarding against.

All Donnie Rotten is doing is running a protection racket and the spineless piss their pants in fear Republicans in Congress are selling the country down the river to retain their jobs putting their self interest above the nation's interest while betraying their oath to protect the Constitution.

The thing is they have the power to stop this clown and his goon squad. All they got to do is stand up and become the co-equal branch of government that we pay them to be.

If I see Senator Susan Collins at yet another ribbon cutting ceremony while she sits on her cowardly hands doing nothing to stop this criminal my head is going to explode.
