2. Hey, neighbor! My family had an HVAC company

on Long Island City through the early 90s.

A couple of years ago I was at a conference in Queens Plaza and walked over during the lunch break to see who was in the old building. It was gone and a bougie hotel was in its place. Cried like a baby.
