This is an old question that gets often posed to various rights/legal groups that take important cases, do mass defense, etc. The short answer, from any of those groups solidly on the side of good, when asked if they’ll defend a fascist or similar whose rights also were clearly violated, is NO. We are here to take care of people who deserve and need (especially when lacking money and other resources!) help, not everyone. MuskRat is the richest SOB in the world, with hordes of top lawyers. He can take care of his own legal problems. Sure, we can take advantage of good legal decisions made in a potential case against him TO HELP OPPRESSED PEOPLE, but we don’t need to lift a finger to help this ketamine-fueled fascist.
